I want to send a Personal Message to a friend of mine, how do I do that?

We call that sort of message as a “Whisper”. Just look to the left of your chat window and click on “Whisper”, then type the name of your friend. An alternative way of sending a “Whisper” is to add “!” before the name of the player while on the normal window.
