I lost an Item/Pet in the game, how can I get it back?

Players can send a ticket to the Support Team. But be informed that the Support will first investigate your case in order to determine if you are eligible for an Item Restoration. Also to keep in mind that restorations and compromised cases must be submitted within 2 weeks in order for any restoration to be possible. | |
