User ID (login name)
Payment mehtod used (ex: PayPal, PaybyCash, Cnb, PBC, UGC...etc)
Email address you used for login at payment method site(not the email addres from our PLAYWITH site)
Date of Transaction as well as any transaction number or screenshot to verify the inquiry.
