Why can't I access my account?

If you find yourself unable to access your account, record the error message you receive during the login attempt.

Next, please double check that:

1.  You have entered the correct User ID and password.  

2.  Caps Lock has been disabled. 

3.  Your internet connection is working properly.

 

If you have not received an account action notice from PLAYWITH Interactive, you may visit the game's web page to retrieve the User ID and/or the password.

You may also want to review the inbox and spam folders of the email address used to register your account to check if the account has been suspended or banned from PLAYWITH due to a Terms of Service violation.

Once you have received a new password and are still not able to access the account, there may be issues with the game servers.  In that case, please be patient and periodically retry to log into the account.
