The item shops features all the unique items you need to fully customize your character however you want to!  Premium or "cash" items can only be purchased from the item shop using Rohan Points or Seal Cash and are superior in quality to equipment found in game.

Please note that cash items are recommended for easier game play, but not required.  There are many high level players who don't buy cash items.
