Game Coin Survey Issues

We have received scattered reports of users not receive RPs for completed surveys through the Sometrics Game Coin offers.

If an offer is registering as completed but has not added the RPs to your account please contact Sometrics to resolve these issues.

Please contact them at (http://sometrics.com/company/contact) to inquire about any missing RPs from completed surveys.

Please note that if a survey was finished but is not registering as completed in your Sometrics Offer Status history the proper method to dispute these is by clicking on the “Report Problem” button on the right column of the Offer Status page.
